Okay, couple things I'm unclear on:

1. If Heather is alive but separated from them, how did she get this footage? Did she track them down over the past year and just find the footage?

1. We (and Alex and Chris) mostly assumed that she was taken by the Order. But what if she was taken by her Grandfather (Marc aka Kindvonderritter) although he usually doesn't get directly involved. Something happened and I guess she doesn't see it fit to tell us (yet at least).

Okay, I'm really lost, & I'm not sure how much legitimately hasn't been explained vs. how much is just me forgetting shit since it's been so long.

So apparently Heather is still alive & has come into possession of their footage. No explanation on that, I guess.

"This is about the time the 6th Enclave completed its schism." Lolwut? I have vague recollections that there was this cult & there was a faction of it that wanted to kill these guys (the 6th Enclave, I guess?) that was considered heretical by the rest of said cult, but I thought they already thoroughly schismed by the time we found that out?

I believe you're correct, Lithp. I think her statement about the schism was just to give us a rough timeline (i.e., X event happened at the same time Y event was winding down).

In terms of *completing* the schism I interpret that as when the Enclave fully broke away from the parent cult. Before it was a faction within the cult where its members would have been trying to act like cult members in good standing and steer the cult in their direction, once the schism was complete they'd have been a basically separate group with their own structure and rules and so on.

Hence the change to the mask design, I guess.
