need help making sense out of binary and image

well.. I did, the videos were SSTV waveforms they were decoded by Reddit user Guipradi, one of them contained binary code (this is where I need help):

Then, a website was found (no longer active, this was on last Saturday)

But, I was able to copy an email address from the site:

Wrote and email and I was replied:

𝚂𝙰𝚃𝙴𝙻𝙻𝙸𝚃𝙴𝙰𝚄𝚃𝙾𝚃#𝟼𝟽 ADVISORY TO LUMERIC CUSTOMERS. The website you have found has been terminated. This is due to falsified information from the previous employees. The previous employees are deemed unfit to uphold proper protocol. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope you accept this digital_discount_cache as compensation. The cache might be invalid based on your location. (THIS_IS _AN_AUTOMATED_MESSAGE)

Attached was this image named DYCACHE [1947]

I don't know what "digital_discount_cache" is or what the image means... any thoughts?

 		Google search gives me hints that there are several pages for that website, but perhaps it is not ready to be launched. Searching for "Lumeric Multiversal Technologies" also gave me a deviantart account, which makes me think something is in development and not properly locked down.

I thought the same at first, but then the image keeps me wondering as well as the so -called digital_discount_cache
Metadata on the photo says it was created 5171:05:02 18:15:37
Also forgot to mention that the website had a restricted calendar (which I wasn't able to explore) and also a bio AI of a former Lumeric employee bashing on the company
