Flea++

Ok, can we get a list of all the known operators and functions. the reckognized syntax, and the constants and general laws of Flea++

It may be possible to formalize it... Make it a lasting monument to ILB

Eh, I say, you wanna learn Flea++, you go read contactme's and lookingglass.htmls.

Because I swear, if someone over-formalizes Flea++ and I see people getting Star-Trek-Klingon NerdCore on each other about "Proper Flea++" I'm gonna roll some heads.

Not to mention that its about 80% syntax and form, and about 20% intent and practical improvisation.

Let fun be fun I say, we as geeks really tend to want to Science things up way too much.

Personally, I'd apreciate something that would show me how Flea++ works, or atleast as much as is know/thought. It would help me when I want to write it for stuff since I'm not the best with programing language.

I don't think it's *possible* to get a "formal" Flea++ language. Because it's not really a language. It's the Flea mimicking the SPDR's style of "speech". The Flea added to and improvised its langauge whenever it thought it needed a new operator. In other words, it pretty much made it up as it went along.

SPDR-speak may be possible to formalize, but not Flea++, since even in game, there's really No Such Thing. Smile
