[Halo 2] Round 1... Fight!

Round one of "The Beekeepers" Vs "SPDR Ninjas" Scrimage
went off without a hitch....
well... without a major hitch....
well... after 20 min, the Ninjas eventually got together some people.
Confused It's all good Wink

Shoot me for throwing a stone or two, but Crispy, you my friend seemed arrogent as !@#%$ throughout the ordeal.
I don't want to sound like..., but perhaps you have let the power thing go to your head?

This exclusive group seems to be growing for anyone keeper or not who wants to join (your mention of friends and clans you are considering/have allowed in... and people you don't even know had anything to do with ILB???) And all your bragging about it... Which makes you a bit hipocritical. Also seem to have lost support of your co-founder...

I'm not saying anything, just pointing out... It's all good, however, you want to do it.. I am just conscerned that we all stay together as beekeepers in one solid, generally exclusive group or another. we have to stick together as a community. And It is fun to play together.

Anywho, the game once in play went off stupendously.
Zanzibar - 1flag ctf
http://www.bungie.net/Stats/GameStats.aspx?panel=stats&gameid=7190896

The Ninjas engaged in a fanning out deffensive maneuver, and The Keepers scored the first flag capture.
When the rounds turned so did the tides.
Employing an extremely effective tactic (of which we don't yet even fully understand how it works) the Ninjas were able to quickly capture the flag, without even dropping the gates, and against a conscentrated deffense.

The pattern repeated, save one round the keepers falling JUST short of a capture. Until the final round, the game ended witha heavy battle for flag control at the arc crossing on the beach.
Game ended:
SPDR Ninjas: 3
Beekeepers: 2

Round 2 to commence saturday, 7:00 PST/ 10:00 EST Temproary Clan Overlords please see either myself or a member of the Crew(staff) to arrange.

YES!, BTW, The staffing of the Beekeepers clan Is now completed and undergoing application as I post.
I, as the founder, claim no posting to a position of power. I am here by default and will gladly step down and transfere overlordship at the clan's requesting. So long as I am the leader though, I will lead strong, and I will lead smart.
The staff positions were ultimatly ( after some debate) descided to be positions occurpied by those who were dubbed Crew members by melissa in-game.

Good job, once I'm trying to join the beekeepers clan, and once I get on Xbox Live, it's game on!

I would have been there to help during the match but we beekeepers had 10 members ready for the scrimage and had to decide who stayed. I took one for the team and went back to playing the campaign on heroic while game went on and jumped back in later for more fun with the guys later. Those four team crazy king matches on foundation were just too much fun

Fun crazy king

And
More fun crazy king

I don't recall anybody but you calling the SPDR Ninjas "exclusive". If we are, it's news to me.

I laughed so hard even stubbed my finger onto the open channel. Matt ust said "all right... what did you do" I couldn't even stop to answer him!

I am sorry, I got the impression from what crispy/siege said about the reasoning behind starting the clan that it was an exclusive clan for the close nit bunch over here and on IRC.
I must have been mistaken. My appologies.
Carry on then. Confused Wink

Its a game man. Does there really need to be a stout political structure. When I get home from work, I just want to play....

Indeed.
As do I. and if you look at the beekeepers... what has our clan structured itself into?
a working cohesive group. Crewmembers in game become staff. I am for the time being the commander and chief, and beyond that there is little actual politics behind it.

We mainly just get home from work/school and play. We invite eachother and play. simple as that.

But If you really only want to play, then don't join a clan. Clans are meant to be instituted as small political war machines.
Now several people inside the clan have told even me, how they are uncertain as to how long this clan is going to last in it's current state with it's current lackadasical leadership.

I am not one to judge. I hope that the boys over there can pull their act together and we can continue to play together. I am looking forward to round 2 tomorrow. Ninja overlords, please contact me via live or PM me here to arrange a time and gametype.
