AI from the future taking over unfiction?

Could this be the newest installment of ilb? Is Melissa back?! OMGOMGWTF!!!!!!11 Picture down below

In all seriousness, is anyone else seeing this pop up on unfiction or is it something wrong with my comp settings? Came on this morning and it's been like this on every page thus far.

Yeah, there's been some hacking going on - there's a post by Spacebass about it somewhere around here ...

i'm getting it too, plus a virus warning on every page load... if you don't have any antivirus software and you've been here recently get some ASAP.

I'm running Firefox 1.0, with Symantec Antivirus, I didn't see any of that... strange. Is it already taken care of?

Yes, I think they fixed it. I'm not seeing it anymore

Gratzi to Spacebass and all the admins who fixed it to keep us safe from the world's evil. *Eclipse looks around notices angelo is still here.*
Close enough guys. Wink

Thanks

"hacking"

This isn't a hack. If you look at space bass's post, it is from 2002. That is a problem with PHP on the server. Whether being overloaded, or what.

This is something that usually happens on an overload, especially when slashdot hits (well, it hasn't but thats where you see it most).

Iget this alot when I install forums and dont configure php.ini right.

I wouldn't worry too much.

If you need it space bass, if it happens again, the easy solution is

add the following line to a .htaccess file placed in your root Nuke dir.
Code:

PHP_FLAG output_buffering on

or if you have access to your php.ini, set:
Code:

output_buffering=on;

That explains a few things about why suddenly my work computer is going nuts/haywire. Rolling Eyes

Oh well, at least now it's over.

Uhm, that post was not from 2002.
The hack was very real (late night Nov 21). Norton scan found the trojan horse files (3 of them) had been added to my computer just from opening the forum home page the morning of Nov 22. Fortunately, I was also in UF chat room and was instantly warned by the wonderful denizens of the room (and SB was text-messaged about it so he could put on the temp fix). There were quite a few phpBB that were attacked in the same manner.
