The pastor and Mortid

Well i finally got a reply from Someone about Pastor and Mortid. He does volunteer there but only for "special cases". Posting the email i recieved from Mortid.

Quote:

Ms. ,

Personally I don't think it's that odd to have an abandoned building on the property. To be honest it's sort of an everyday thing driving by it in the morning on my way into the office. And from what I heard, kids are still kids. The place is apparently a pretty popular spot on the weekends, but we do have security around here for a reason, so it's generally kept under control.

From past to future, Mortid Care has come quite a long way. As for new innovations, we are constantly expanding our expertise in the field of the mind. On top of the care and treatment of our patients, the majority or our doctors also work in their off time in research and development of new technologies, though I'm not even sure myself what any of that may be. At Mortid Care we aim to treat any disorder we are presented with, which is a part of why people choose to come here for treatment. Not that we don't have any specialties but our goal is to be the best at everything we do.
The church is somewhat involved with Mortid and Pastor Hoffman likes to make an appearance every once and a while. We have our own counsellors on staff, though he does offer his advice in special cases.

Has anyone tried anything with the numbers on the history page?

Quote:
Founded in 1828 by esteemed practitioner Dr Stephen Mortid, the Mortid Psychological Care Center began with just 6 patients. Mortid was one of the first in the nation built expressly for the mentally ill and funded by a state government. The Center was built in a pleasant countryside setting, as at the time it was thought that mental disorders were caused by social conditions and patients should be removed from family, friends and community.

By 1850, Mortid had 65 patients, rising to 115 by 1890. The building became increasingly crowded despite the addition of several extensions over the years. There were over 300 patients and the building had been completely renovated 3 times by the time the design of a new facility was commissioned in 1990.

The Mortid Center continued to treat patients in the old building until 1998, when we moved to our new state-of-the-art facility at the same site. The new facility enables us to provide greatly enhanced environmental conditions for patients, extra space for patient activities and a cutting-edge research wing.

Maybe it's nothing, but it sure seems like a lot of numbers standing around, looking for something to do.

I noticed that the website home page says that the visiting hours are listen on the visitor's page, but they're not. I emailed them about it. This was my reply:

Quote:
Hello Ms. Baum,
We here at Mortidcare highly encourage visits from our patients loved
ones. Visiting hours for our site are between are 10am-12:30pm and
3-5:30pm daily.
Please be aware of the rules for visitors (which are posted at our
website).

And the original email:

Quote:
Hello.

I'm looking to schedule a visit with an aunt who is currently under
care in your facility. Your home page states that the visiting hours
are listed on the "visitor's" page, but I was unable to find any
times, just the rule and regulations regarding visits.

Could you please send me your operating and visiting hours?

Thank you,
Kirsten Baum
