[SPEC] HIP -Aquarium connection

I was reading through the Chat session with Dale after he went to AGP looking for the reight plot to meet a guide...

One of the questions asked was about HIP, one of the comments Dale made was that the program would respond to you as you rolled over the icons of things... While the aquarium page is loading (and this may only be noticible to those of us with slower computers) there is a fish in the middle of the page, if you roll over it, it says "Please wait" and when you move the mouse away it says "Than ou!" (yes the K and the Y are missing) ... Maybe the HIP flash page isn't where the real HIP will show up?
