Cube on eBay details No details on eBay though aside from a picture and Last seen 144AC . I'm waiting on a reply from the user - perplexedsente - for some info. The user was only registered today though so it could just be someone messing with us.
Just in case it's for real, there's some numbers on the front face of the cube in the picture. Looks like - 123128351332 to me but it's tricky to make out some of the numbers.
Thoughts?

just curious... why would december 10th be good?
and where are the numbers on the cube? I don't see em.
and should we bid on the cube even though it says it's "wanted"? I take that to mean that the "seller" doesn't really have it.
and it looks like the picture in the corner is a camera icon.

december 10th would be good because that's when the auction ends.
i don't really see the numbers either, are you referring to the 'scratches' on the cube picture Seej?
EDIT: oh wait, i see them, very faintly along the bottom (inside) of the triangle of the front face of the cube. i'm a little cynical though, would be all too easy for this to be just anyone putting this up on Ebay.

i'm thinking its a prank or something, i mean. it just doesn't seem like...well like it would be part of the game. i mean even the name-perplexedsente-seems a little eh.
but whatever. suppose it is, that would make me feel stupid

I certainly hope someone in London is bidding on this, since
(from the eBay page:)

Item location: London United Kingdom
Post to: Will arrange for local pickup only (no postage).

Now, since the project should start at the beginning of next year, this might just be the final phase of the pre-game (but I thought the project was done...!).

steg coming up negative.
although the image looks odd to me, either its generic and ive seen it before, thus making it a hoax, or theres something not quite right about it.
why is it called: 55_1_b ? hmm interesting.

I'll also assume this is unrelated, right? Even if I found it by searching Syzygy on ebay?

As I said to someone yesterday, if this EBay thing is in-game then I shall shave off all my body hair, sandwich them between two slices of malted loaf, apply an even layer of mayonaise, and consume with vigour. They have nipped out to the supermarket to purchase the Hovis, but I still stand by my words

numbers on cube Hi guys and gals,
Seej - I blew up the pic of the cube a bit, and you may have a digit on the side wrong. I'm pretty sure they read 121128351336. Cant make anything out of the other markings, three circles top left on the same face and the rest is just mess on my screen.
I googled 55_1_b a bit, most of the links came up with urls including ****.ebayimage.com/******
Is this just the way eBay organises its pic files and the name 55_1_b means nowt?
All looks a bit like some anxious person trying to stir things up a bit to me.
door one on the advent calender today!! yay!!
