The unseen mischief maker that has been throwing books and other things
we believe is a housewight. You will need to set out some food for it.
Please set out a bowl of milk and a plate of bread and cheese and
perhaps a bowl of ginger ale as well.

Good luck and give Dale my best when you see him.

Steffeny,
Thanks for the e-mail and the good suggestions on what to do about the strange things going on in the Library. One of the things they are considering doing is putting in some vidcams and hooking them into our computer network to try and see what's been going on there. That's one of the reasons I've been really busy at work, with all kinds of new stuff going on soon for the Aglaura website. Or, maybe I should say, "supposed" to be going on. You see, all of a sudden everyone involved with the site in one way or another wants new material
posted, new technology added, and new things done for them. And that's on top of trying to upgrade some elements of the Aglaura computer network at the same time. What's that saying, "When it rains, it pours"? Right? Of course, everybody needs their stuff done first so I'm juggling as much as I can. You'll probably start noticing some new things on the website in the next day or so and more coming in the next few weeks as I work out the details and technology to do what's being asked of me.

Dale and I have also been busy as usual at night, trying to figure out how to track down this "Wish" character. I have to admit, it still feels strange to be talking about the "Wish" as an actual person. I mean, for the longest time I was convinced it was a figment of Dale's imagination or some strange after effect of what he had been through, the car accident and all. The strange thing is though, the more we dig around and research things, the more we find that seems to fit into this weird picture we seem to be creating here.
Dale has been spending way too much time trying to figure everything out - barely sleeping or eating, etc. The visit with Wes was good for him, I think, and it actually went very well. If that isn't the real Wes Keeler then it's the best damn actor I've ever met. Plus, he shared with us some helpful information he picked up during his trip to see the manuscript guy.
Dale's also been very worried about the situation with the Aglaura Council and their meeting tonight. He's actually been debating whether he should go and confront the whole situation or whether it's best that he just let them remove or suspend him, since it would at least remove one thing to worry about. I'm actually not sure what he decided as he wasn't here when I got home. Hopefully he'll be calling soon.

Hey, speaking of the weird events going on around here, it doesn't seem to be letting up. I don't talk to Mrs. Willingham much, except when she wants something done for her webpage, but I know lots of other people complaining about the same type of thing. Your guess about Del Doyle's place being a likely spot is right on target - that old cranberry bog of his has always seemed to be a focal point of weird goings on, anyway. Another person I just talked to today, a local by the name of Fred Hallman, told me a story of how he had some people over to his place this weekend, for a little party, and they decided to hold a little impromptu seance. I don't remember everything he told me but it
started with a strange phone call of some kind and ended with everyone running out of his place and refusing to go back in for several hours afterward. They claim that someone or something answered their little otherwordly summons, but when they finally got up the nerve to go back inside, there was nothing or no one to be found. Sounds like a little too much hard lemonade if you ask me. Wink
I've got a lot to do. Thanks for your e-mail and I'll try to keep you updated as much as I possibly can.

I didn't mention it, I guess the PMs took pity on me and granted me a small little wish of my own!
Well, I gotta head over to the yahoo group and let them in on it as well. I'll be back later Wink
