Q: Sente sig SO, we've seen Sente signature a couple of times so far.
And every time, it seems to me that the signature is bi-colored, fading from black to reddish.
Is it me?
Does it mean anything?

Yeah, it is most likely irrelevant.
I'm going to guess that the first time the sig was made (s)he used a bi-colored pen, or the fading was introduced non-intentionally. And, for consistency, I'd guess that they have one master Sente sig that they will re-use throughout the game. So, we're probably going to see the color fading for the entire game.
But, at least, now I know I'm not the only one to see the two colors
Thanks,

Another thing I think no one's really touched on is the red splotch on the letter. Is that what I think it is?

I think we concluded that it is a wax seal with the letter "S" stamped into it.

Oh, ok, I've only ever looked at it from the front page, and I could never tell. Never bothered to examine it from the linked image. Good call.

Since we're on the image topic, has anyone noticed the splotch on the copy of the letter found on the splash page (projectsyzygy.com) that isn't present on the "readable" version of the letter?
It's under the quote, and above the body. Maybe it's nothing, but it's worth asking

if it were to appear in the readable letter it would be somewhere below the word 'strangers' (from the quote)

The letter on http://www.projectsyzygy.com appears to be an entirely different letter to the perplexcity.com one. Same number of paragraphs and same number of lines per paragraph (except possibly the last one as part of it is obscured) but the lines end in different places. The pattern formed by the ends of the lines is different on each letter.
I assume that it's something we might get to see at a later date (or maybe it was just the original draft of the letter from before the start of the pre-game).

Maybe the Project Syzgy one's a photo of the print out, whereas the Perplex City one is a graphic of the letter, and the text is essentially the same in both.

Seeing red After I saw the signature fading to red, I taped some red celophane over my eyes and re-visted all the pages and pics to see if there was anything hidden. I made sure to wear my tinfoil hat also, as you never know what's gonna happen when viewing a website through red shades. Note to self: Next time, don't do this at work when the boss is about.
