Ok, this was quite easy:
It seems a bible reference, and "There is no more a puzzle than opening a book" confirms it.
Psalm 102:19
Tell them the LORD looked down
from his heavenly sanctuary.
He looked to the earth from heaven
But i don't know what you are supposed to do with that.

Well, I've been trying every combination of that line (caps, no caps, spaces, no spaces, etc) for the past 48 hours, but I have no clue...

if you are trying various lines from the biblical passage you need to remember that there are a bunch of versions of the same passage. Not all of them are exactly the same. I believe Sachchit likes the KJV, but I'm not positive on that.
EDIT: I'm wrong.

I'd have to say he reads the new living translation..from the wording of the verses that ov has given us so far for example..from the conv. he had with new2this....he had a link directly to that version...which was NLT.
EDIT: Quirk, have you noticed that the1.no-ip.com has been down for awhile (not just /~sachchit)...have you heard anything about that...there are a bunch of people who use that it seems.
EDIT: Just thinking out loud. The coment "This is no more a puzzle than opening a book" leads me to believe he wants people to read more to get further clues. So...Psalm 102:19 has a run on sentence that goes on to the next verse Psalm 102:20. From the NLT...
19 - ... He looked to the earth from heaven
20 - to hear the groans of the prisoners,
to release those condemned to die.
sounds like it is relevant to the recent flash file with the venus fly trap (which led us to the h page, so logically this should be the next door intended to crack with the recent clues). The only thing that is different from the NLT and the image is that in the image the 'h' in Heavenly is capitalized and in NLT it is not...maybe something or not (goes the same for Lord vs. LORD....who knows). Also, how can we be sure that the letter 'h' is the username this time...the clues are structured differently from before...

Well, apparently what's on the front page right now doesn't tie into the password for /h/ at all. OhVerisimilitude even answered it with a flat-out 'No'! Now *that* is new.
(21:59:10) cpufreak04: Would this quote somehow hint at the answer to /h/ ?
(21:59:22) OhVerisimilitude: No.
Just so no one tries throwing away their time on it any more.

Yeah, I noticed that. I don't think that is "ingame" at all. I was chatting with Sachchit about the BlueTOC script and since I don't have shell access on my host he suggested I use the1.no-ip.com. We both realized that it was down at the same time.

The same H is also capitalized in the file name. Don't know if this was intentional or not. I also noticed the Lord in any of the text i've looked up was all capital and his version is not.
EDIT: Not the same H. The H in "His" is capitalized while the H in "heavenly" is not.
EDIT: Has anyone tried some of the additonal verses as filenames? I tried the obvious (just removing the spaces, leaving capitalization) and came up with nothing.

OK OV has said that the answers to the site arent in the current front page but are elsewere on the site part of it is in the old frontpage which is hidden in the picture file so i dont think we should worry about the bible verses for now and focus on other parts of the site and the old frontpage

the filename of the new image is section.jpg. I think this is worth paying attention to considering it doesn't follow the last one. The last image's filename was simplly the text of the image.
