Um hello folks

People. My. God.

The least sign of good leadership would be to announce "there is only one board" or "there is only one forum" or even "my underpants smell better than yours at the end of the day".

Be respectful of the fact that there are people in one of two different forums that do not frequent the other, and there are some who reside in both. Still, I'm sure, there are those who reside in neither. That being said, this is still *one* genre, and *one* ARG community. Hell, we're even on *one* server these days.

For the Encryption team, there have been too many king-of-the-hill games being played via email on top of everything on the boards. None of the other teams seem to be having such issues (or am I wrong?). Let's show the PM we are one unified team, not two. To their credit, Research and Media accomplished it without playing such reindeer games.

Amidst the chaos, I happened to have declared by email that Hojo is the Team Leader. Who am I to choose? I'll turn it around and ask why not one single person has protested it in the 24 hours since my email.

My personal opinion, whether you want it or not - Since the majority seem to have voted for either/both Ustice and/or Alch3mist (You're both good people, and I'll vouch for that to anyone that doesn't know one or both of them), let the two of them work it out between them, and the one who is not selected team leader between them post the other's status as Team Leader. As for what forum to use - let team members use one, the other, or both, with whatever crossover is necessary to allow the team to function with a modicum of efficiency. What such pomposity is going to cause is the PM to fret trying to satisfy people that will be impossible to put together, and perhaps yet another goddamn board to start posting on. I mean really, do we really want that?!

Please remember - there is no "loser". The Team Leader is not "k3wl3r" than the rest of the gang. Hell, I'm not even sure that Team Leader means that your penis mightier. You heard me.
