 		Perhaps the people of Perplex City record time using a series of dots and colons, simialr to Morse code? We might be able to utilize this in the future. It might be important to note the date at which the sign changes and the elapsed time between changes, as well as the nature of these changes.

EDIT: Damn, I just noticed that now it just says "Perplex City." Maybe we'll run into this system again later on.
