[UPDATE] Dec 29

Well, according to the update page, there was an update today, but I didn't see anything on the main Idunn pages. I'm still looking though. (Amazing how out of it you can be when you take a few days off during the holidays)

However, I did find an update on the KDPD page. I think we're going to have to come up with another plan since they plan to wait until after the new year to investigate. They must close the barn door after the horses get out too.

Quote:
The Kudram PD has recently received some evidence about the town of Idunn, which is currently under review. A fuller investigation will probably be launched in about a week.

It looks like getting to Flora might be our best bet...but how do we do it without tipping everyone else off?

I just noticed the police page too, and I sent them a message saying they would be too late if they didn't act now.

As for the update today, I think it's the new task on the admin page added by vidstudent:

Floralia interview with Paddy Fitz from Salem Morning News to publicize ceremony

Now we just need to wait for Flora to notice it.

Nope, the update's at around 6:00 A.M. I posted around 9:00 A.M. I'm pretty sure we're working with Eastern Standard Time, too. The update is probably the police page - hopefully, Floralia goes for the interview.

Actually, for some reason, I think the update page goes by Pacific time - don't ask me why. I noticed this when I was struggling with the mosaic password - the update time was 3 hours behind me when I got the new clue that pointed me in the direction of the Bifrost mosaic. So if you did post around 9 eastern, then it would be your update that's listed.

edit: hmm, update now says there was another update about a half hour after the first one I noticed (around 10 eastern) but I still don't see anything changed. Maybe it was just something minor, or someone testing the update feature. Or I could be blind.

Anyway, I would like to propose the idea that if we force an update, that we document the time (either here or at the wiki) so we can keep track of which updates are real and which are results of our hacking. What do you guys think?

Sorry, that latest update was me. I added "from Salem Morning News" to the task.

Should we maybe put the interview task at the top? I don't want to hit anybody over the head with anything, but well ... it is Flora, after all. We're really short on time, so I don't know how long we should wait for someone to notice.

Master Bao Daniel, isn't it your JOB to prevent these little intrusions?
Daniel Buta Gee, I don't know, isn't it the job of ANYONE who uses a computer to act responsibly? Like changing their passwords and not trying to convince their followers that everything is okay when it ISN'T?

Had an interesting interview with a reporter today. He seemed a pretty charming person. I don't know why Master Bao is so uptight about the press. It is a little strange that the interview didn't seem to have been scheduled, though...the reporter seemed surprised to see me, but was very courteous...

Master Bao You know, I thought I could count on you, Michael. I didn't think you would try to second-guess me. I'M the boss around here, you know.

Nothing on the town page. And I haven't found any new articles by Paddy. Maybe he still needs time to write one.

We've gotten hold of a rough draft of an interesting interview that was recently conducted...

and using that keyword gets us esh88.htm, which is a bit of an interview.
