[PUZZLE] Garbled text

OK, I've taken the garbled text added on the 31st and tried to separate the English words from the rest. Readable stuff is in bold, with italics where I added letters to complete a word.

Here's phoebe mentioned again ... who is she anyway? She also left the "love" poem to warn us.

Strangely, from the scraps of text it's possible to imagine 2 scenarios (which goes along with the flash):
1) Jill is rescued and Michael Malloy recovers
2) The town goes suicidal, Jill dies and Michael Malloy is driven insane

OK, I have some info on that cock Fjalar crowing thing: it's about Ragnarok, the Norse apocalypse.

I've found the same article on a few different websites, but I can't seem to find the original source.
