 		I don't think it's important but their trading letter are: (MCEX: SLMB)
MCEX - Mega City Exchange?
SLMB - Slumberil.

You are correct, 1_NZ_t0q! rot-13s to 1_AM_g0d!, which is neil's zmail password.
