Yeah, I'm pretty sure we're missing some pages. If we could identify that music on the flash page, that would probably lead us to another page.
Another recurrence is 0__ in the middle of the group. It seems that c (ASCII 099) would be the only letter to fit.
But the comma is ASCII 044, and it would sort of match up with the coordinates we've been seeing in the comments.
That's just an observation though; it doesn't really help me in figuring it out.

OK, on a whim I tried to find music to Zork, and I found a site with music from Return to Zork. I listened to some of the pieces; I haven't found matches with the ones on the page, but they sounded a lot like them.
Then I just decided to try
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
new keyword - return to zork
More flash and music
Can anyone identify?
I'm still trying to match up the music to Zork music.
Just listened to it again and searched for the lyrics.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
The song is "Blast from the Past" from Zombie Prom, some strange musical or something. New keyword - zombie prom
It has text

Ok, in the return to zork page, there is comment which looks to be in the coded ascii
Quote:
oorootoeaoocoeoootlrhovtovhlrhoevovvovaovtovf
I didn't think I was going to get very far, until I noticed the letters that were being used: orteaclhvf
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
They anagram into hlovecraft. So if you set H=0 & L=1, then subtract 128 from the resulting codes you get:
beware of simon
I'm gonna go take a second look at the titles to see if I can use a similiar method to come up with a solution.

Nice work! When vis sent vidstudent that coded message, he used the key neckert . Maybe he prefers to use keys of the form first initial, last name?
We can also try the hlovecraft code on llhlhchttlhflvhllc:
Quote:
llh lhc htt lhf lvh llc
110 105 199 108 130 115
You can't really subtract 128 from those though.

The text on the Zombie Prom page kind of looks like musical notation:
Quote:
CDEFSSCDEFSSDEgGDEgGCDEFSS
with the exception of the S, though that could denote a rest or something.
I looked a little bit and found that upper-case letters are used for notes above and including middle C, and lower-case letters are used for notes below.
Does anyone have software that can produce what that would sound like? I'm guessing that would be the next key.

Well, if it is music notation, this is what it should sound like (more or less): http://www.wonderweasels.org/daemon/daemon.mid
I put it on my site since I can't upload mids here (yet).

Too easy.

New flash with music (music0.swf), and some hidden things in the source code:

Haha, good job!
That is the return to zork page though ...
I kind of randomly picked return to zork after listening to that video game music, so I'm not sure if that had some other clue.
If you put in star control, it takes you to the zork page.
Here's the weird thing:
"addams family" as a key takes you to the page with Zombie Prom music, but "zombie prom" is the key to take you to the Addams Family page. It's a circle.
Hmm, now what? Try a bunch of Addams Family related keys?
*edit* OK, I put in "blast from the past" (the name of Zombie Prom song) and it took me to the "zork" page, so maybe the "addams family" page is a hint that we're on the right track but need a different key.
Hey, maybe we have to finish the song?
Here's a midi:

I thought of that, but haven't had any luck. I was also thinking "going around in circles" might be an avenue as well. The 2 flash files have things circling and the addams family <->zombie prom thing as well, but I'm still pretty clueless. Not to mention the fact I still have no idea what is up with those strange numbers.

Okay...since I played with the element.swf, I figured I might as well play with the 2 new flash files. I found some interesting stuff, tho I don't know how much it's gonna help us
SPOILER: Info taken from a flash decompiler (I know, I'm so bad)
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
tunes0.swf
Okay, starting at the upper right symbol, the wav that goes with it is called "suik2o0.wav". Couldn't find any info on it.
The symbol in the lower right has the sound file skordie0.wav. No info on this one either.
The symbol on the left has the sound file rtz_05.wav. This must be the return to zork file.
The flash file has 5 different frames in it. The last has the text "WBRB ATM" over the white symbols. I'm guessing it means "We'll be right back after these messages".
music0.swf doesn't have anything interesting, except for the fact that it too has the text "WBRB ATM" as the last frame.
So no great breakthrough..but it might help us figure out what to do next.

Suik2 whatever: Suikoden 2? Hmm.... Anyone else played the Suikoden series, and remembers enough about 2 to make any edumacated guesses if a)this is correct, or b )anything Suikoden 2-related could be a lead to anything?

Well, Suikoden is a valid keyword...too bad it goes to the "orz" page. I guess it's back to walking in circles....

I don't know what's wrong with using a Flash decompiler anyway.
OK, on skordie0.wav
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
How about "Skate or Die," an old NES video game (that yes, I used to have)? It's a keyword, but it takes us back to the "runes" page.
OK, let's look at some of the keys again: on the "roland" page, the quote is about Odin. However, keyword "odin" takes you back to the page with the Roland quote. The actual keyword we needed from that was "runes."
I think what the circle keywords are intended to do is show us we're on the right track, but haven't hit it exactly. That is, of course, just a guess.
Do those 3 video games have anything in common?

Three syllables?
Suikoden 2is an RPG with *way* too many characters (108 Stars - collect them all! ...dude, even Kingdom Hearts has only 102 dalmations to collect, and none of them are playable characters.) Return to Zork is a text adventure like the good ol' days. Skate or Die is a game with various skateboarding areas that require you to show off your skill and avoid bees.
...wait, they're also all games with sequels - in two of the cases, they *are* the sequels (Skate or Die had a Skate or Die 2).
