SPEC: meaning behind the myth

By taking each description of the Gods... and looking at the letter that follows M-Y-T-H, I found some interesting things. (or maybe not... but I keep trying anyway Smile )
Uranus AWHT> what
Demeter EMHT> them
Artemis POHE> hope
Oceanus ASHE

Others aren't making sense to me...
Athena PGHE
Coeus IOIE
Hebe PMHO

That's all I had time to do.

The first letters of the sentences in "Athena" Rot12 are MEET. But haven't been able to do much with the others, so probably a fluke.
