I think this site might help us out some. It lets you enter in the letters you know and tells you ever possible word that fits.

According to wordfinder, you can fit the following number of different words into those spaces:

-H--E = 55 words
--S--E-- = 211 words
----H------S = 169 words
--E------E--- = 39 words

There has got to be a clue as to what words are used instead of trying hundreds of words.

Well, I tried all 39 words for the last one on that list, I definitely had the spelling correct and pressed enter after each one, but none of them seemed to produce a result Exclamation

That leads me to think that either:

1) each of the words have to be entered in some sort of order (the 5 letter one being the first)
2) they're not all necessarily real words
3) wordfinder has missed something

or I have just done it wrong, Laughing

They could be in another language too.

Or it could be more than one word

http://www.puzzledepot.com/wordfinder2/

I used the crossword wordfinder at the above link.

I tried the other link posted first, and I agree it produces 171 possible 'words' (instead of 39) of which I selected several of the most obscure ones at random and checked them out at dictionary.com , and it didn't recognise them.

It's a shame they can't be copied and pasted into the crossword.

i dont know where it came from, but after doing two, entering there, going back, doing one, doing the first part of 3, and messing around in three, i go to 6 and the top horizontal has a w in the first slot. delete it, go to another and back, and its back!

This sounds interesting. I'm curious, though. By 'going back', do you mean hitting the back arrow or going back to some other face?
Also, what kind of 'messing around' did you do with face 3?
I just can't seem to replicate what you got...
Plus, maybe we can do other stuff with the cube to get more letters filled in? Seems like a lead to me.
