New Kristen Rutherford interview at TotalVideoGames

Hey guys, thought you'd be interested in reading this interview with our Op. Although most of the information is well-known to anyone involved with the game, it's still a great read- Kristen's enthusiasm for the game (and its players) is, as ever, wonderfully gratifying. Smile

That's the best response in the entire thing! I burst out laughing! Does this mean a second ILB is in store for us? Probably not, but, hey! Laugh at it!

Nice interview, and a great way to see her perspective on things, even if it's only slightly more in-depth than the previous interviews.

Cool! Thanks! Very Happy

I wonder why my gamertag is asterisk'd out?

Because there are weirdos out there Smile
Purely just for protection I'd assume, and because they didn't have your permission to post it. They'd probably blank out email addresses etc. as well...

Yes, trust me, there are some strange people out there .... other's who are not so nice either. I remember frantically destroying all traces of connection from weephun to Mr. Thorne (and family) after some of the messages I got directed towards weephun after giving away the SP. Thanks to a lot of intelligent people and discussion, that fear went away fairly quickly (thank goodness), but yah, fame (or infamy) attached to one's self can be dangerous. One of these days, I'm going to have to rebuild my website again. Laughing

I am fully aware of the weirdos out there. It's just that in all of the publicity that ILB has received up to this point that also involved me, my gamertag or real name was used. Why is my vulnerability to weirdos a concern now?

"Gamertag"

Well, maybe it is that they assumed that by "Gamertag" Kristen was referring to an Xbox Live tag. If so, you could have gotten a ton of messages/invites.

They don't realize that you aren't on XBL.

It's probably because in the previous interviews, you were quoted directly (and presumably gave them permission to quote you by name/ Gamertag). In this interview, I assume that nobody from TotalVideoGames tried to contact you. It was Kristen who mentions you, and it wouldn't have been appropriate for the website to give out your identity without your express permission. Smile

Ahh, what a great read. Once again, I.m reminded that our little SP is a genius.

her answer to that third to last question was fantastic! i'm going to assume this was an email-interview due to the length of that reply... but, that IS how Kristen talks in person Smile
