You can use a third party client, the Unfiction chat, or (if those don't work) do a search for cgi and you should be able to find a cgiirc client that works.

Clear your cache and reload. They updated the .swf file with the phone stuff.

Already decompiled it, the PIN is verified through a POST, so it's not encoded in the flash file. Sad
