For what it's worth I would have translated
Creamus Veritatem Proprium!
As "We create our own truth!"
Haven't checked online - but it should be approx. correct. Smile

I think it's been around to long to be an ARG. Many of the things date back pretty far.

Majestic-12 was the secret conspiracy group from the game Deus Ex. It was a rebel faction of the Templar Knights and the Illuminati that had released a custom nanotech virus that was killing the poorer population of the world.

I don't know how that would fit in with this, though.

majestic twelve, according to ufo buffs, like me late stepdad, was a top secret .gov orginization established after rosewell to invesigate ufos. when they found there was something <supposedly> these people became even more powerful, and answered only to president truman. later the signature of trumans was proven to be lifted from another document and most scientists think the mj-12 docs are falsified, especially since they were delivered on micro film and couldn't be properly examined... so maybe someone is doing another arg with mj12 or maybe i found some sites dealing with that game deus ex you mentioned that nobody ever found? hmmm. or masybe just someone screwing w/ the conspiracy heads? i just know it can't be a legit mj-12 site because mj-12 wouldn't have a webpage if they existed, it'd be like the illuminati having a webpage.

following a link from the one that you posted, I found this page.
http://www.majesticdocuments.com/
now it's changed a bit but it sure looks like a page that was around during the Majestic game. a few things on it made me laugh, first the picture is from the game, then the "above top secret" comment. There were quite a few people that really took off on this stuff and created all sorts of things. This looks like it's turned into more than just a game sight.

there is some great info on M12. Don't be thrown by the fact that it's at rotten.com, they actually have a very diverse and informative library.

I don't believe this to be an ARG...too bad, it's always been an interesting topic...perhaps one of the best books on the subject is a work of "fiction" by Whitley Streiber called Majestic...inside it's pages give an account of exactly happened on the inside of the Roswell crash and beyond...from a "fictional" viewpoint...if anything it's an entertaining book and a fairly fast read...worth a look and it just might be true... 8^)

What kind of secret group admits to being a "super-above-top secret organization" ???

Seems like a kid's fansite or something.

If it were someone's attempt at an ARG I get the feeling that you will find small 13-year olds behind this! (Not that I am being "ageist" but really.)
I have to agree with the general consensus and say that I don't think it is actually an ARG at all.
(Would have been an interesting topic)
