Hello everybody !

I'm from Israel and obviously speaks Hebrew.

There were some talking about Kabala and stuff so here you go with a few things that will might be helpfull with it.

Aleph is the first letter in Hebrew.
Aleph pronounced exeactly as an A
It is also the First letter in God's name - and sometims calld only by the Aleph.

The star is obviously Satan - the man in black.
According to the new testemony God and Satan meets on the Armagadon !
Armagadon also starts with an Aleph.
According to the new testemony God and Satan meets on mountain Meggido. A mountain in Hebrew is Ar - and with Meggido it is - Armeggadon.

Meybe this is it ? the armeggadon ?

and how exeactly should we contact him ?

Nirkelev or NIrke (whichever you prefer),

Welcome aboard! WinkVery Happy

You've drawn some interesting conclusions regarding where "The Aleph meets the Star."

I agree that "the Aleph" that Jon is referring to could be God. I've heard God referred to as "the Alpha and the Omega" before, so that makes perfect sense to me. But then you state: "The star is obviously Satan - the man in black." I have never heard of Satan being referred to as "the Star", but that doesn't mean that it's not true. Would you care to elaborate as to where you found this reference?

If indeed "the Aleph" that Jon refers to is God and "the Star" is Satan, then I think you've drawn very logical conclusion as to where we should look: Armageddon.

In fact, among the Sable and Shuck websites there is one place in particular that you can find Armageddon listed, and that is on the Pathway Travel website on the booking form located here. Look at the second entry in the "Destination:" drop down list!

Time to book a short trip maybe?

Morning star

Quote:
the hebrew word for morningstar is "lucifer", witch means the carrier of light. this caused the story that jesaja worte about the fall of the devil lucifer.

not entirely correct.
the hebrew word for star is "kochav" and the word for morning is "boker" or "Shachar". morning star - "kochav hashachar".

the word lucifer comes from old european tongues, and it really means carrier of the light, and it's a common name for the devil

And i will explain my self:

Satan's signal is a star with 5 angles ( to differ from the holly star of David - which has 6 angles).

You can see that there are lots of clues leading to the star in a context of "the man in black" - Hornchurch star, the book of star.

But how do we get on from here ?

Ok, I'll buy that.

Based upon your prior conclusions, the only thing I could suggest would be to do what MissChelle did and book a trip to Armegeddon via Pathway Travel. Don't know whether or not this will lead us anywhere, but it would be the next logical step.

Hold it guys !!!

I think i've got something really important about Aleph meets the Star !!

On the S&S site, http://www.sableshuck.com/index.php, on the "Latest news" section, check out the 3rd - celebrate anniversary.
On the first sentence, you see a strange simbole - this is ALEPH in hebrew !!! I couldn't understand what exactly is written about it, but it says that S&S celebrates it's ALEPH anniversary - ALEPH, as i said, is the 1st letter in Hebrew - also represents the nomber 1 !!!

Could it be the 1st anniversary which will take place on april 30th ???

This is the most obvious clue about ALEPH !!!

aleph

aleph is also a mathematic symbol for a set, used in formulas, like x+y = aleph1 (or something like that but much more complicated, hihi). it represents an infinite row of numbers.

there are a few kind of infinite rows, like aleph1, and aleph2. like, you can mean every possible number or quantity in the infinite line (3,1234, 66,23, etc), or only the whole numbers like 1,2,3,4,etc. you probably understand the importance of such sets in mathematics. search for some mathematic-sites for more understanding.

if you celebrate the birthday of your company that exists as long as time does, you can celebrate everyday- witch is obviously not very practical. s&s has no date of founding (well, the beginning of time, but when was that..?). therefore they call there anniversary after the aleph symbol, meaning, they only celebrate on whole yearnumbers, every 30th april of the year.

why they picked 30th april, i don't know. i searched the web but only found it is queensday in holland. and i can tell you she is not the MIB...

30th in April

It is very odd...

I've been looking in Jon's diary and apperantly there has been 2 sites of the MIB on the 30th in April and on the 1st of May.

Both notes to those days were cut in the middle of the report !

i've looked at the journal with the 2 different passwords - and its allways the same.

weird - but i think we are getting warmer...

The Lucifer=morning star thing is a misconception.

You're thinking helel ben-shakar, the shining one, who is also talked about falling. Lucifer was the Roman translation, but it was never meant to refer to Satan, which means Adversary. They're two different people entirely.

the books

I'm not really sure if the God/Lucifer thing is what we are looking for (but WHAT are we looking for???), but it's worth some attention.
However, something came to my mind during the night. Trying to find out "where" aleph/God meets star/Lucifer, i browsed my Bible a bit, and then, not quite satisfied, i went back to my old dear Divine Comedy (the Inferno of course). The very moment I opened the book, I kinda had a deja vu... an in-game deja vu. I came back to the Hiding Room and had a closer look at the three books in the bookshelf. The second one is very blurred and there's no chance to recognize a thing; but the first one is very likely a dictionary of mythology, and the third one is... exactly, Dante's Inferno, without any doubt. Now, maybe that's just an in-game coincidence, but that reminds me that in the crossword we had "Dante", Inferno" and "Purgatory". Oh, and of course the Divine Comedy talks about Lucifer and his fall (not to even mention the fact that, when it comes to hell, the Inferno is THE primary source for the whole Christian and Western culture).
In conclusion: I tried "empyrean" (the higher sky, where God and Lucifer lived together before Lucifer's rebellion and fall) and some other two dozens possible Inferno-related passwords in the Cache and in the mezzanine, but no luck. But maybe there's something here. I'll try and see if I can spot something useful in the first book; it shows the pages between F and G, maybe one of the entries can point us in the right direction.

Nonetheless, i have to say it: the lack of progress in this game (and I'm not talking about OUR progress) is getting annoying. I fear somebody's just trying to stretch the game by leaving us clueless for weeks.
I don't think I'll have a Stella tonight at the bar.

M.
