I have been looking at this image off and on all day.
If you rotate it to a vertical position counter-clockwise, it looks
like MH. Mad Hatter ??

Are we supposed to substitute an ip address for the image?

The pictures on
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
www/mirlandano.com/puzzles/teaparty/
are slide-y pictures that you can twist and turn to get an overall large picture.... The url's on each frame of each slider are different depending on the frame in the picture
Getting them in order (I think) and then clicking on the images reveals letters....
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
B O T E S F O R W H I C
The order i have the url names from the picture is
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
I.html; done.html; relationships.html; the.html
torevoke.html; truth.html; done.html; trusts.html
hearts.html; be.html; known.html; am.html
As those to me make no sense, i'm hoping someone has an idea or a more correct order

Um. No. www.mirlandano.com/tttt/teaparty.html takes you to a picture of the tea party from the book, whenyou click it redirects to: http://www.mirlandano.com/puzzles/teaparty/ which chops up the picture; click one each clip to get a letter:
PRNV
OTOW
OEML
And I've done it twice and not gotten slide-y pics or names on frames . . . is this one of those "different depending on your browser" puzzles?
OK, got the URL names now, still no slide-y stuff.

The chopped up page actually uses built in OTHER pages, which you can scroll. There aren't any scroll bars, but I have a wheel mouse which allows me to click and drag around. We have to re-create the original picture by scrolling through each frame of the 12 to reconstruct the teaparty, and get the correct sequence. Which is easier said than done because each frame has many rotated and scrambled pieces..

Thanks, Ehsan. Still couldn't do it until I realized there's a hidden scrollbar to the right of each one!

Managed to arrange it in the following order:
tobe , done , relationship, the
torevoke , truth , done , trust
hearts , be , known , am
which leads to the letters
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
N O T E S F O R W H I C
Spec: the puzzle can be solved upside down or roated to give other solutions which should give a complete sentence..
I gotta sleep now but I'm sure there will be another 2 pages added to this thread when I wake up good job everyone

won't let me grid out properly, but you get the idea.

The slide puzzle, when solved in the above manner gives the text:

I suspect that by arranging the puzzle in different orientations, more of a message may be revealed.
Imbri, thanks for the fun!
