Hey all, I'm still trying desperately to get a copy of this DVD... can anyone burn it for me... I've tried posting in the "correct" forum, but I'm afraid that no one is really reading it anymore, so forgive my intrusion here... I was assured by a friend and fellow firefly that it would be copied and sent to me, but I don't know if that has ever happened... So in essence... HELP! I really really really want to have some sort of memoir of this experience, and while I know the original DVDs are now as scarce as dino bones, I would absolutely love to get a burned copy... oh well, well if anyone can help me, please PM me and I'll get you the info you need. P.S. let me know in the PM where I should send how much $ to cover your dupe costs and postage... thanks!
Once more, sorry for the intrusion. Flame away, if neccesary. I know it's bad form... but I'm kinda desperate...

Thanks for all the comments. I have a question for everyone though. Should I keep the sig at the bottom of the "Farewell" message as "Durga" or should I change it to Melissa, or The Operator?
Since you asked...I actually did blink when I read "Durga." That's Jersey's name for her, when she couldn't remember that her "real" name was Melissa.
Of course, a good justification for using Durga instead could be that Melissa refers to the entity as she was before unification with the Sleeping Princess/Yasmine, and that entity no longer exists, so we might as well call the "new" one Durga. Your call, of course.
(I'll probably always call her Melissa, though.)

I really hate to nag, but the DVD cover and insert just won't fit into a DVD case... I printed them out right from the site, and I must say they look really great, but they're just a little too big for the case. It's also quite possible that I screwed up, but I can't really see how. I was just wondering what's wrong and if maybe you can fix it? It is top class work and I really want it to go with my freshly torrented and burned DVD.

You know, I'll always call her SUPER Melissa. Seemes like a good name, since Durga was still seperate, and the princess really didn't 'exist' so much any more. Overall, she seemed to be Mel, but with some new stuff, hence the "SUPER"!

I'll take a look I'll take a look at it tomorrow, and see if there's somehow I could've possibly messed it up. is it just a little too big? or is it a major difference?

Well, putting the corner of the case to the corner or the cover, there's maybe 2-3 cm on the right and 5-6 cm on the bottom that doesn't fit.

have you tried actually putting it in the case? I know it might seem big, but usually when you bend the case and it wraps around it shrinks... so to speak. if you haven't tried it yet. please do.

Yeah, after the php exploits in December unfiction's recovery process lost some attachments....that's probably what happened here.

Huh? I thought I replied to this already... Oh well. I'm 100% sure it doesn't fit in the case at all. Don't worry about it, though. I can probably resize it well enough on my own, I was just wondering if mabe it was something obvious with saving or uploading or something that you could easily fix.

I'm not saying I can't resize it, I'm just curious as whether or not you actually tried it first. I'll upload it later when I have the time to.

Thank you! Like I said, it's really good!
I'm a little curious, though... Have you printed it and put it in a DVD case?

Not really, but I have a template that I've used for other DVD cases, and it's worked just fine, which is why I can't understand the problem. But here it is, I've shrunk it a few cm. Try that and see if it works. It's 4 cm smaller.

Ok. I'll try it out later or tomorrow. Thanks again and it also confuses me as to why it doesn't work, too. I've had size issues before when printing stuff but it's usually because it's too small...

Here's the cover I was working on. Hope everyone likes it. I'm also posting a insert to go inside the case.
Um... I've tried to print the cover and insert out three different ways and all three have it come out wrong:
--Print it directly from internet(causes it to print in the size of the paper)
--Save and Print(does same thing like printing directly)
--Save, Resize, and Print(causes words to become so small that they are just white scribbly lines)
What should I do to fix this?
