Lenny's Photo

I was screwing around with Lenny's Web site and I moved his photo to my desktop.

Why is it named

instead of something more fitting like MY PHOTO.

Someone else commented on this, I *think* it's a Xanga thing. That's the filename on the Xanga server.

...lost in a forest...

Dammit, you're right. I randomly grabbed another photo off another Xanga site and it gave me something similar:

Me too! This is why it is important for a PM to give us puzzles in between the updates... to keep us busy! Hopefully we may get something to crack soon.

just on a hunch i ran those through a hex decoder since everything was 0-9 or A-F but i guess it was just a coincidence because I got nothing useful.

If the other Xanga profile pics are like that, I don't think its anything. I could be wrong, though. Don't hold me to my word! *shrieks and runs off board* (Sorry, I'm, err, a little hyper right now...)

The image's name is most definitely a Xanga thing, a random filename attached by their server when the user uploads the picture.
I think it would, however, be of some interest if we could find out what exactly this picture represents. Is it some known painting? Should we try to find out the painter's name, the title, the subject portrayed ans so, or is it just some obscure public domain drawing and we're chasing a ghost?
Just my 2 cents.

M.

Yeah. I've also taken a look at the source code of the image, nothing out of the ordinary there either.

It is a jpeg image, right? Anybody checked to see if it's stegged? I'ts probably not though. We haven't really had any real material for a passphrase, but it's worth a try.
