no, I am not OV, nor CPUfreak. Just making known a conversation he (OV) wanted made known.
as to when this conversation took place, i believe it was Sunday or Saturday (when "w" and other doors went down and the U-Turn appeared)
Beyond that I do not believe I have much else to offer. sorry.

Phase 4 consisted of a message board for the Elders. There were between 15-20 of us, but there wasn't really any conversation. Ideas were thrown around about things to do with TMIR. Phases 7 - 5 were going to be brought back so people who were new could have the full effect.

I just woke up so I am not fully collected, but this is basically all that went on during phase 4.
