Like NoVuS did, substituted the symbols (2x3 'big' pixels) to:
Code:
ABCDECFCGHFIABCDJFCEKLMIA
BCJKAACFNABCDECIAAHEHFOPA
AECQRCABCDLPNNCSABFHKJBPG
FMCTGQHNNHUMIJLCFMHSHTGCP
KADPISNCWKPQSCNMFCABCDUPF
FMCSPAAECIADABCDECFCUMSSQ
CPJCSPAABMFADABCDSMCSTHFA
BCUHNALPFAPANMWADBCPRDLBD
NMVPQEHFOABCVPFCHTBHUCPIS
VBMQSFCILCAADXKPFFCQNEMAB
ICMJBGHFNTMQUNTHHAGPQQGCC
FPISPGHRCPQQJPUGQMIJTMQQC
SKLABCBHFMYHIHTABCMFUMISN
From here it's a simple substitution cipher.
(solved with a little help from: http://www.enweirdenment.org/SubCracker/SubCrackerPlugin.html )

For the bigbrother puzzle, google once had a hiring ad in which you had to figure out the first 10 digit prime number in consecutive digits of e.
Just interesting trivia pertaining to this puzzle, that seems more like busy work than anything.

Ayup Bill clued me in to something I hadn't thought to try within about, oh, 90 seconds of his looking at the puzzle <good Bill!>
However, I think he was too lazy to see it through <bad Bill!>.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Count across your phone as you punch each number like it was a cell phone phonebook entry - the first '2' is A, 22 would give B, 222 would give C, and so forth.
If you did that for this, you would be able to spell out (when playing with the 77777 as 2 letters): thepathtoinspiration
Thus the answer: thepathtoinspiration.htm

Monkey found the real picture, and it was 21bytes smaller. So we first thought steg - no dice.

However, you get a small sequence of #s when you look at it in notepad, at the end: "1, 3, 4, 13, 53, 690, 36571".

just to demonstrate the above stage, here is theend.gif with the color table altered. The numbers were done in two different versions of black, but by modifying the palatte you can see special numbers stand out.

where have we seen these digits before?

Next up, it's all Greek to me:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
On http://www.soogees.com/221545484848465100503215.htm is a simple substitution cryptoquote which resolves to this:
YOU CAN FOOL SOME PEOPLE SOMETI
MES BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL ALL
THE PEOPLE ALL THE TIME SO
NOW WE SEE THE LIGHT WE GONNA
STAND UP FOR OUR RIGHT
It is a lyric from a Bob Marley song, so let's try /bobmarley.htm -- oooh, "Wrong answer. Try something else..." Now let's try the name of the song, and we land here:

Unforums was down, so we weren't able to post anything last night, but we got a little further than that:
thanks to Catherwood and Sin Vraal and others who deciphered the substitution:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):

the people all the time so
now we see the light we gonna
stand up for our right
After much discussion, SpaceBass, Sin Vraal and I decided that it wasn't beastie boys, it was
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Bob Marley's Get Up Stand Up
hence:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
getupstandup.htm
which most of us were still stuck on 3 hours later lol

I haven't looked at one all that recently, but to me that looks like a spectrum from a mass spectrometer, which is used most often either to identify proteins based on peptide size and flight time (you whack them with a laser and make them go WHOOSH! down a vacuum tube to where, depending on size/speed, they'll eventually whack a target which translates Time of Flight to #s, peptide size) or to identify the chemical structure of a protein, similar to NMR.
I don't know if that's helpful at all :/
Looking at it, I don't know quite what else to make of it yet. And then there's that wheel thing...
