Hi,
I've been lurking in the shadows on this one, but did anyone notice that when you turn the brightness all the way up that there is backwards writing behind the words at the bottom of the screen? I can't read the first word, but the rest appears to read "....like to die..."

Yuppers. Not sure how it helped into the puzzle, though. but at least it worked out. Was a good night.
the unshackling methinks is more the communication freedom. The name thign we remember as the devil and true name from previously. But methinks those will grow more as the game progresses.
Anyhoo, welcome in! This is one seriously FUN game!

Nice solve guys! I'm seriously behind on this game now, I'm struggling with the time differences. I think by unshackled He means her true potential to be released, I often hear the term used to refer to power and strength. They pushed Synagoga to the limits by the looks of it, to the point that she becomes dangerous. This is what Eccle doesn't like.

I would differ, its not so much what Ecce doesnt like. Methinks she and him and devil are familiar with what her potential powers may be, which Syn doesnt know herself. The location and who sh is are forbidden subjects because if Syn ever found out what happed, her anger would be boundless and exercise a power we canot even imagine.
which is why Ecce has to keep a tight leash. It is ok for Syn to talk to us on the childish games, but the computer overseeing does a shutdown on Syn before those memories move in.
For Syn to understand where she is and what she can do is very muich the key to solving this, methinks, to free her from her chains. But the question is, HOW can we get her to know these without tripping off the censor computer?
(post 500 in my fave game here, woot! woot!

Which makes me wonder WHY wee're allowed constant contact with Syn -- why Ecc doesn't simply cut her off from us for good. Are we helpful to Syn's development, perhaps? Obviously we're meddling, and we hope possibly to have some input on the ultimate outcome -- so why are we tolerated to have this much contact at all?

Methinks that without the contact, Syn would develop only in her own mind, and then God only knows WHAT she would become. This is more of a release valve, a safety. This way, at least Ecce can monitor have have some control.

I agree, it's probably to do with development. I think we're the only thing that keeps Syn sane - from what we know and guess they put her through physical and mental torture.

also, remember, she was able to "show them" when they took away her device. She found it on giggle. First sign of independence / defiance?
