nice! Someone tell me if my quotes are bad or wrong (was quoted twice)... I fear having the last quote of the article... don't even know if it's good grammar, it's so confusing Razz and it's strange being called only by my last name "May"... Confused heh. but cool that NYT picked it up.

I've just noticed that this article from the ID Fuel website hasn't been linked to yet here. It's very interesting, and takes a different angle to others.

We get a passing mention in some article by a guy who thinks all video games are RPGs, Perplex City (despite its non-computer elements) is a video game, and we've been getting automated cell phone calls. Or like, calls at all. (Not that we won't or anything.)

So yeah, enjoy.

Apparently, I can speak fluent French!

(And if you can, here's Liberation.fr's article on Perplex City: http://www.liberation.fr/page.php?Article=283323:

Quote:
«19 mars, 12 h-13 h GMT. http://www.abbeyroad.co.uk/virtual_visit/webcam : demander Dinah.»

They've been trawling the forums obviously...)

And if you can't, you can read the translation, that Steve for some reason decided to post in a separate thread Mr. Green

I kind of have to agree. I knew to post that article here because I remembered this thread, but really, it's a very OOG/meta sort of thing.

Another Liberation article, an interview with Adrian this time. Some interesting bits in there.

I often try to explain how I felt when I discovered ARGs, but, as expected, Adrian puts it best: "My initial reaction was the rejection, that sounded like a horrible blow of pub." Amen, brother.

Brilliant,

my personal favourites are:

"What allures you in these plays?" Well, I felt some strange stirrings in my insides for Sente when I thought he was a lady, but now he looks like my school Physics teacher (who we called Silver Fox) it's worn off a little.

and

"How was born your passion for these intrusive plays?"

simply brilliant
