Do you think we're meant to think that the creator puzzles each represent nicknames? I mean, now we have the lyrics, we could have just been jumping the gun.

We really don't have to ponder any more over "Freeland" -- Adam Freeland wrote the song We Want Your Soul, and that song is where the lyrics came from that obviously are connected to the 10 pictures. It's not going to double for also a place name and whatever else it could be.
If anyone's still worried about him, there may be another clue or two in the lyrics.

I haven't really gotten anywhere with this, but thought it was worth a post:
There are ten letters in "eccleastia," who is sort of Syn's creator, just as there are ten pages of the puzzle. (I've tried to take the number of the named objects on each page and to ROT the corresponding letter of her name by that number. It hasn't led to anything good, but there's lots of other stuff you could do.) So, I'm just throwing out the idea of the letters of "eccleastia" corresponding to the pages.

Here's some more info to ponder about for /6 (celebrity birthdays)
I was reviewing that page in the context of the corresponding song lyric "your years" and noticed that if you look at the ages for each person they are multiples of 10 except for Larry David.
Taking into acount the months they were born in, you get:
Code:
NAME DOB AGE
Jeff Daniels FEB 19 1955 50
Danny DeVito NOV 17 1944 60
Leo DiCaprio NOV 11 1974 30
Larry David JUL 02 1947 57
Doris Day APR 03 1924 80
Salvador Dali MAY 11 1904 100
Not sure what this means. Just wanted to post this in case it helps someone figure things out

Another possibility for our "One of these things is not like the others, one of these things just doesn't belong" spec....

personal spec since Syn and Ecce have been no shows lately. Methinks this ties in with the devil puzzle here being so hard. Me is reminded of this movie where Chevy Chase loads up teh family to Wally World. I dont think our silence will be 2 weeks, but maybe a couple of days.....
to Syn & Ecce: bring pictures when ya get back

I'm not sure I get the reference to the family vacation.
I do know that those people over at Albrecht Wasser aparently were waiting on us (and maybe still are) to solve their puzzles... now it looks like the game ended (which means we're still not working on the puzzle) and the PMs haven't even come forward, so its kinda in ARG limbo... and this game looks like it might be headed the same way.
Just lets keep working on this...

Yeah there's too much thought in this game to let it die, I mean they had a domain registered and everything.

Sarah: I call vacation. Perhaps Creator was meant to keep us hopping and crazy until the return? Thats why I call vacation. Which is well earned.

so after the update on creator,
we have:
3s2p6
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
which gives the short-hand version of the electron configuration of Argon. or: [Neon] + 3s2p6 gives [Argon]
and the inverted colours of the union jack.
then as puppy points out in chat, we see a lot of reference to red and blue.
so:
ambulance? police? doppler shift? yeah, cool hint PM's !!!
we are left with maybe a clue that something was missed on Argon? hmm, ideas?

Hi again guys, The binary name of the .gif doesnt translate however if you invert the number so you get a negative like the picture, the answer is -3. Dunno what to do with that though?
