Wes and Sam both worried about Dale

After receiving the first "worried " e-mail fro Sam earlier Saturday (listed elsewhere) I also received one from Wes (at 11 pm) and a second one from Sam (at 1 am Sunday).

I know I owe you answers to some questions you've sent me recently but there isn't really time to go into those right now. As soon as Sam gets here we are going out to the area where Dale was supposed to be having those meetings today. He hasn't contacted either Sam or myself by now and we are both getting worried. He had promised Sam a phone call right after the meetings, and he was supposed to be over at my place by 7:30 or 8:00 o'clock. No sign of him though.
I'm sure you would have let one of us know by now but I have to ask: have you heard from him at all?

Hey, I'm really hesitant to pass on anything that may cause people to worry unnecessarily, but I promised to stay in touch.
Wes and I spent over an hour out there where Dale was supposed to be meeting everyone today but couldn't find anything. We came back here to my place hoping there might be a message from Dale or even that Dale himself might be here, but no luck. Plenty of e-mails and a few phone messages from people also getting very worried, but nothing from Dale.
Wes left just a little while ago, thinking he needed to be home in case Dale shows up or calls there. I laid down on the couch for just a little bit after he left but didn't get too much rest. I just got a phone call from one of my friends on the Aglaura Police force. I'm on the "emergency contact" list because of position at the municipality. It seems there's something going on out in the same area where Dale was earlier. He didn't know the details to give me yet, but he said almost the entire police force was out there, and that he was even told to call the Mayor.
God, I'm not liking this at all. I'll definitely see what else I can find out
as soon as possible.

Sam

> Last I heard from Dale was (let me check the time stamp on the e-mail) about 9 am this morning, before he went out on the hiking trail or to any of his little appointments. I think the first one was with Tracie from Channel 8 news, so you might want to check with her first before you go sounding too many alarms. The other meeting (or one of the other meetings) was to be with J. Douglas... About the wierdness that has been going on lately. Sam... I'm worried about that meeting, I think, I think JD is involved with the DEGs or something worse, but from the other place, if you get my meaning... I hope he didn't go alone to that one. If he didn't go with Wes then he must be with Sal. Let me know as soon as you hear from him OK? You can reach me easiest by e-mail or AIM and will pass the word along to concerned individuals. If I hear anything from him I will let you know.
