Carson City IRS Phone Number: 1-866-540-5838
Ira Glassman's Ext. #1444
Ira Glassman's PassCode: 4724
(Paraphrase)
Msg#1 (Seems like somebody from a different "branch" of the gov't)
"Mr. Glassman,
It has come to our attention that one of your lower level employees (Grace) did an unauthorized search, this coupled with the rogue agent in Push (Prufrock) ....blah...blah...blah. We've sent a team from Provo to clean up the mess."
Msg. #2 (Sounds like somebody a little more heavy handed than the guy above but could be the same "dep't)
It's IMPERATIVE that you (b)ring (maybe rein) in the agent in Push (Jim). The measures we have currently in place seem to be working. If we don't get control of this some drastic measures will have to be taken against Prufrock....and yourself.

So would 5467 (Jim P) be Jim's password? Is there another someone out there willing to make another long distance call to try this?

Jim's Messages It seems we'd need Jim's extension to get his messages. Does anyone remember any reference to it in a prior episode?
Also, as to where Ira's password came from, I have a theory.
In the opening credits, I noticed the word "enoch". I paused the TV and noticed the word "initial" to the left of enoch. I thought it (the word initial) was a message from him, and made a note of it. In hindsight, I believe he may have been suggesting how we could access Ira's messages.

Jim's ext. Anyone figure this one out yet?
I did try 1443, to add to the list of those that do not work.
Also, per enochonline's new message viz. Myrna's changing his password, to 4373... Don't know why that would make it easier to remember, but it spells out "here"
will his ext spell out what is "here"?

Ep 5 Beginning Credits I watched the credits for the episode (5) looking for the area where enoch's name appeared right next to the word initial in episode 4. Just before the camera stops on the word initial, it pans across the same form and I paused the frame. It reads, "First name and" before it stops on the "initial" area. (Go ahead...try it and see!) I think this pretty much confirms my theory about enoch tipping us off regarding how to access Ira's VM box.

Diandra, good catch.
Still trying to figure out Jim's ext. though. Tried working with his license plate number since that starts with X which can be short for extension. Didn't work.

in my opinion, there is no working extension for Jim P.
The show explicitly gave us Ira's extension (#1444). The show *might* have hinted at his voicemail password (IRAG), altho I have not gone back to review the episode to find it.
Then along comes Enoch with his daily update. He has never given information that was not already in an episode we have seen. Instead, his purpose is to help us focus on hints we might have overlooked or found ambiguous.
Enoch's hint still doesn't tell us Ira's password in numbers, but says it is IRAG. For those of us who have been puzzling for years, it is obvious that we use the phone keypad to translate IRAG into a 4-digit number. But what about the newbies out there?
Enoch's intercepted email then gives another password -- in both letters and numbers! This is the hand-holding the clueless audience needs to finally be able to derive Ira's password.
If anyone out there ever does stumble upon a 2nd voicemail extension which works, I will be humbled. But I might suggest that if you find any message there, it will not contribute to the contest. It will probably be a little "congratulations" from the PMs for being so relentless.
To sum up, if the show didn't give us Jim's voicemail extension, either he has none, or we don't need it. Enoch will not be giving us any information which the television audience cannot get as well.
