[SPEC] Logo 3 * 7 = 21 I haven't seen this anywhere, and a Search for this will get too many hits.
Ok, there is a box logo with a circle around it and it has a digit 3. THere are three facdes of this cube showing.
Additionally, on the Academy Logo there are more of these cubes in a pattern. There are 21 faces = 7 Cubes * 3 faces each.
My thought is that there are two groups of words on the logo.
1) The Latin phrase is three words
2) The Academy 'members' total 7
3 * 7 = 21, which is the same number of cubes and faces in the logo.
Has this occured to anyone else and if so where mught that thread be???
Muchos Gracias !
[EDIT: I moved this post into this thread that was created specifically for the discussion of this image. yanka.]

It seems certain to me, but yes, without a smoking gun it should go under spec.

I would be tempted to say that this is just conicidence, but...
Who knows what's going on in this ARG! Though, if I'm not wrong, isn't 3 and 7 the tolken numbers?
No. Wait. 3 and 7 is Bungie. 3 and 9 is Tolken. Hrm. I doubt Bungie's starting their next ARG already.
Anyone else know what significance to anything 3, 7, or 21 might have?

I must defer to those who recognize the buildings, but no one can verify any of the buildings beyond shape and approximation of location.
The picture may be a composite of multiple skylines to remain a fictional place. It may mean Dawn or Setting of an 'age' (AC & BC)
I think we're screwed until the last newspaper advert clues us in.

I dont think its a composite of images but a skyline of a UK city (I say UK because some of the buildings blacked out look very victorian) the problem lies in how similar UK cities look

How are you getting 7 cubes? I see either 10 cubes or 4, depending on how side-less a cube has to be to counted as a cube.

Here's the picture to which I refer. I think you can make out 7 cubes here.
There are other pics of a single cube, the three faces are green, blue and red. In one version a circle surrounds this with a numeral 3 next to it. In another, the 3 is on once of the faces of the single cube.
Someone is using it as an avtar - you'll see it.

Right, so you're talking about the Academy logo here with the names and quaerere initium sapientiae around it....

OK, I have no idea what you're talking about here I don't see anything patching this description in pp7.jpg and I don't recall anything elsewhere on the sites either. Could you point us in the right direction please
EDIT: Ahhh, Alex's avatar - see below.....

it's the avatar for a poster (sasun? can't remember) it was a custom designed logo for the arg itself which has mixed acceptance... there's a thread discussing logo ideas and which to use, but I'm too lazy to search...

That's Alex Smith's avatar . Not in-game as far as I'm aware.

Oh Guffaw! I am a three day noobie and did find that image early on - there were two versions of his logo and in my ignorance I filed them away hastily into my brain. I have created a herring and I apologize for wasting your collective and individual time. Moving forward
I too think there is only 1 cube, but I wanted to point out the parallel between the number of faces and cubes compared to the Latin and Name words. Three and seven respectively. Symmetry stands out is all . . .
If we think Zeller Cube, Taversen Square, there could be other solids or polygons, segments or points involved. This is a logical progression.
To pun further a 'point' can be a geographical place. Lighthouse Point for example, or Carrick Point, to get speculative.
Oh, I also PMd the onellivewire person (Kristen) to see if she would send one of the postcards to my place of work so we could get a TIFF scan. I told her I wouldn't steal it - but also recogniize it's a leap of faith for her to do this
.
I'm juiced for more googling.

Bank Note # . . . "959" . . . On the image of the 50 Pound note there is a portion of the serial number "959". To me it looked like a badge number. I emailed Sente with that in the Subject line. I got the usual autoresponder but it took a few minutes. I tried again and it was returned in 10 seconds.
. . . . . .
