[Team-based puzzling][Trailhead] Our Colony I got this email this morning...
From the looks of http://www.ourcolony.net it may be some sort of community website? Not really sure. It seems that you're supposed to send in a picture of yourself with the ant.
There's a cipher that still needs to be solved...

After a quick bit of searching i came up with this http://www.humanclock.com/about.php \
It explains a little about the site... doesnt seem to arg-ish to me.
The most interesting thing is the sites at the bottom.....

you made it to our colony, this is where the game lives, breathes and evolves
Colony isn't about alternate reality gaming it *is* reality. Its about the
reality of your world, your friends, your life. Colony is what you
bring. Colony isn't political it's global
Me, I'm the colony gamem8ker. I'm not the man behind the velvet curtain , i'm just here to help you compete & progress.
want to play? so do i. there's only one thing we need to get out of the way first, i wanna be sure the colony has made it round the world . show me our symbol and when the right 36 pictures are sent to me, the real game begins. let me know when you're ready.

While humanclock is an intensly interesting site, it has been around for years. I do not believe it is directly related to the ARG, though it may provide a clue.

The text is probably encrypted in Vigenere, any suggestion for a key?
On another note, Humanclock is a well-known site, you can even find a photo of me there... and no, I'm not telling at what time it's displayed Anyway, I'm not sure aboput what we're supposed to do with it, should we actually take photos of ourselves with the ant logo and submit them? Or maybe there already are 36 photos with the logo on humanclock and we have to find them?
