I've seen the logs, there's a lot goin'on today... yet, I'm still clueless about the /chef page. It has to be a puzzle, but, uh, I can't see it.

Decimal places? Recipes tend to use fractions, and no '_.0', in my experience, even when there is one that uses decimals. Maybe something to do with the numbers? Though I can't see what it could be.

It probably has to do with a combination of the decimal places and the period locations in the directions. notice how chocolate is abreviated sometimes but not every time.

it's only abbreviated in the method..... maybe just out of ease or laziness

My spec:
<Corla> Okay, for the /chef... 'Makes 16 squares!' 16 squared is 256

Or more likely, divide a number by 16 or 256.

/16 = 1744.47
/16 = 109.029375

Directions:
3.0 + 7.2 = 10.2
6.5 + 7.1 + 5.1 = 18.7
x2 = 37.4
+7.0 = 44.4

x16=710.4 OR
/16=2.775

None of those numbers work. And I suppose the bork-bork-bork has to figure into it somewhere too.

Yep, it's a sound file. It just says Bork Bork Bork with a bit of... music in the background.

i opened the file with notepad and it looks like is see some music info, it says artist=chef album=chef and what not. has anyone else seen this?

Hot Fudge Ice-Cream Surprise
Makes 16 squares!

INGREDIENTS:
1.6 bottles of chocolate syrup
4.7 oz peanut butter
9.4 ice cream sandwiches
16.11 oz of whipped fudge topping
3.14 packs of mini-marshmallows

DIRECTIONS:
Pour choc syrup into a large bowl and microwave 2 mins Stir peanut butter into chocolate till smooth Allow to cool Line dish with half the icecream sandwiches Spread half topping over sandwiches Spoon in half choc mixture Repeat layers Top with all the marshmallows Freeze til firm Cut into squares and serve
