I found some strange text in those wallpapers by increasing the gamma setting. It appears to be the same for both sizes.

some strange words and letters there... Maybe the reversed half "lines up" with the forward reading text?" ...working on it

i was going to SPEC that this may refer to the quaranteed cargo ship - they contracted an illness - but Lisa doesnt refer to anything wrong, and this one seems more severe than this. Maybe this relates to the Morning Star?

 		Hmm - I'm not sure about the Morning Star - didn't that explode on its first flight? Unless of course that was the story given to cover up a far more sinister problem...

For what its worth, here is my interpretation of the text so far

I know this goes together but I can't get a clear image to read all of the letters. This is what I saw by reading the first line across, down the right side and then backwards across the bottom row than following the first column up to the second row,etc. It is like a spiral around the paragraph.


Some of this is very hard to read. Maybe if someone can get a clearer copy they can correct what I have so far. Some of the letters that appear to be "l" are "f" or "i". Some I just couldn't read.

Edit: while I was working on this others finished it, good work guys.
