ok so there is something extra on the end of that picture you have i did a compare it's exact untill the end im attaching the excess as a file to hack with if you load it in photoshop it appers to be static

if you load it in sound forge it is static but at the end it is oll in one half of the audio wave odd im looking into it

We're supposed to watch for errors in the updates. I know the first issue had a problem with the email address, but looking at the mirror on the wiki I noticed two things about the headline story:
1) The blurb is not the same as the first paragraph in the underlying story. Unlike other stories.
2) The underlying story has a grammatical error in the first sentence.

I wouldn't contact my local paper if they had made a typo like that, but I contacted the news@ address and they just auto-responded.
