hello

just wondering what the rules are -

were currently disscussing in a thread in news and rumors, called [POSSIBLE ARG?]unholymovie.com, whether we can issue an sos to all the unforum users. we need to get 1000 people to see a certain document. we have it on a webpage with a counter, and we were wondering if it would be ok to put a post on timewasters asking people to have a quick look?
