[SOLVED][3/3 PASSWORDS] Unfinished Game

The unfinished game in Virgil's gameography allows you to write words on the ground.

http://www.virgilkingofcode.com/game2004.html

This lead us to the following three pages. Game Word is what we wrote using the flash. Login word is what the login prompt says when you try to get in.

http://virgilkingofcode.com/naoko
Game word: NAOKO
Login word: beloved
User: my
Pass: wife

http://virgilkingofcode.com/mastersofart
Game word: VANGOGH
Login word: artistry
User: potato
Pass: eaters

http://virgilkingofcode.com/funwithpeers
Game word: DIGITALIMAGINATION
Login word: Conspiratoria
User: memory
Pass: effect

We need to figure out the user/pass for each..

Edit: Added progress on passwords to topic - Rowan

Games screen shots

This is my first ARG so if I breach any etiquitte please let me know.

The screen shots for the video games "Memory Effect" and "Mind Mesh" both have the letters G, E, U, L, A prominantly displayed. In his bio, Virgil talks about the "Gray Eternal Limbo of Conspiratoria" which forms the acrostic GLEC. Three of these letters (GLE) match up with three of the letters from the screen shots. Co-incidence or a "Peace On Earth / Purity Of Essence" (Dr. Strangelove) type of hint?

The full text from the blog:

Virgil wrote:
I discovered that I had a body, and became so fearful of drifting off into the Gray Eternal Limbo of Conspiratoria (which is how I eventually understood my obsession with conspiracy-as secret journeys to another country where there was nothing but the flora and fauna and the beleaguered citizens of the paranoid dictatorship known as Conspiratoria) that I shut that door, triple-locked it in my still frail not very well-furnished mind, and never opened it again, not for a single second

So the word Conspiratoria pops up twice, but is there a hint in there for the login to "funwithpeers"? hmm.

virgils post yesterday certainly seems "clue-ey", esp the last bit

Mediation of thought, the foundation upon which I've built my fortune, is also often my worst enemy. Right now is just such a time. No matter how explicitly I explain my needs, my desires, these desires are still a slave to words, abstractions which have limitless shades of meaning, unable to fully convey my vision. Language is always a barrier, even if those around me seem on the surface to be communicating in the same tongue.

But what good are tongues if those around you lack ears? Or should I blame my own eyes for not seeing the gaping, bleeding holes on the sides of their heads?
There is too much at stake this early in the game for things like this to be happening. I need Emile now more than ever, and reliance on others has never been my strong suit.

Who is Emile?
the socialologist (Durkheim) ? the author (Zola) ?

Is he saying that we don't listen to him? The only place I've noticed sound on his site is in the little movie clips off the ouroborus page. Maybe the clues are there? I'll admit I didn't listen to those too closely... have to take another look.

Pictures

There are 3 pictures in the bio that may relate to the Unfinished Game. One is of Virgil in a chair in the light (artistry?). Another is of his high school club (funwithpeers?) and a third with Naoko (naoko?)

Hmm, that one of Virgil in the chair with the side lighting, reminds me of the chiaroscuro style used by Caravaggio.

Destegging the pix

Stegdetect insists that bio_pic4.jpg is encrypted with JPhide but I can't for the life of me find the password. I used most of the words on Virgil's website. It could be a phrase or (hopefully not) a false positive.

"Hexed" Movies

Don't know if this adds anything, but the titles of each movie were Hex-ed:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
54414B454E00.mov (NAOKO) = "TAKEN"
47654E69557300.mov (VANGOGH) = "GeNiUs"

[EDIT]
Sorry, just discovered this in [UPDATE] threads. ACK! I'll get the hang of all this separated posting soon...

In fact, this is probably a reference to the female character "Ugela" in Edgar Allan Poe's works, as the phrase on the picture at http://www.virgilkingofcode.com/game1988b.html seems to indicate (wraith = horror -> Poe )
