UPDATE: New live Journal entry 29 July

Quote:
Tuesday, July 29th, 2003
4:50 pm Having given up hope of finding a warm meal in these parts, we are headed on.

My secret twin (bad weather friend?) continues to live his life, as do I.

bad weather friend?

storm pal
umbrella

.... nothing that sounds like the fragments from imposter.wav
... maybe we need to move the sound fragments around rather than just listen to them and try to translate.

Can't do that at the moment... at work so no sound card or software. Anyone able to play with the imposter.wav?

bad weather friend

Pretty sure it refers to They Might be Giants's song "My Evil Twin" which goes:

My evil twin, bad weather friend
He always wants to start when I want to begin

As for imposter.wav, strange stuff, it's not just reversed, it seems mostly cut and slowed down, can't be saying much more than a syllable or two...

You say not *just* reversed... so you mean it is reversed? Hadn't tried that!

Only have computer at work for the moment... am rebuilding mine at home... so won't be able to chase it up until next week (I hope my PC gets put back together by then!!)
