 		[PUZZLE] Raziel's Message.
Right, so far we have been told by Jibril that Raguel's angels have narrowed the language down to Aramaic. I had a quick look earlier and couldnt really get anything coherent out of it, but I dont think I checked numbers very throughly. Anyway, here is the thread for anything concerning the message.

 		That's odd. It doesn't look like Aramaic to me.

Unless it's upside down and inverted or something...?

Jshall was looking for help with it a few nights ago in chat, thinking it was Hebrew, so I tried to help him with it, since it could, if you squint and stretch your imagination, be very messy inverted Hebrew cursive, but we didn't get very far because it still didn't really make any sense, unless it's numbers. It would be using final forms in non-final positions.



But Aramaic?



I've flipped it around, and those things that look like they may be very square cursive kafs in Hebrew don't match up with anything in Aramaic. It definitely looks Semitic, though.

Maybe Psalter? The form of Pahlavi used to write the copy of the Psalms found in China? In it, words are separated by dots, which the words in the message seem to be. Samaritan is more complex, figure-wise.

Oh my goodness, if you flip it around a bit it might be Parthian...

Nope, don't think so.

But they say it's Aramaic?

Haven't been playing the game, so I wouldn't know, but does:

20-70 10 ?-70 2-20-40-70-20-70 mean anything to you? Smile

I don't know -- I can't even tell for sure what letters they're supposed to be, so...<shrug>

Using it i deciphered raziels message to read

32.34.29 35.10.32


Stumped i asked around in IRC to see if anyone knew what it could mean.
White_Knight came up with the idea of the numbers being latitude and longitude.
Plugging those numbers into mapquest gave us somewhere in Israel.
I eventually narrowed it down to Mt. Meggido. The place where the final battle between Good and Evil will take place

I am scared.
