How were the three passwords found?

Can Anthrax elaborate on how/where the three passwords came from?

These came from a dictionary attack. It was an abridged one with about 45k english words. My "big" one has about 1.5m entries of several languages and common symbols.

PW for quarteroffour.zip:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
innerwisdom

Found it by taking the initial letters of each sentence in the journal00345.doc file...then reading them backwards.
