I found out about PC via ARGN.com. Someody mentioned the website to me in a discussion on ARGs in general a good year or so back and I'd filed it away for later. I'd caught wind of the I Love Bees phenomenon when it started but I never got into it. Thought I'd get on at the ground floor of the next one. Thankfully, the start of Perplex City coincided with the beginning of a very boring office job and countless hours to waste on the net.
It was just a matter of circumstance that got me started, checking ARGN to see what was happening around that time. Once I'd caught some of the buzz of its anticipation and importance, I was hooked.

I arrived for I Love Bees, stayed for Urban Hunt and soon after began waiting patiently for this weird 'Syzygy' thing.

I found out from an Artice in PC Gamer UK. It was a full 5 page article, so it was hard to miss. I decided to have a look, got intrigued and signed up
I know maybe between 5000-9000 people (from PCGUK forum) who will probably have read PCG and consequently the article.
I've also posted on the forum for help
Hello by the way, I'm new

OK...this is a poll reminder!
Yanka kindly added an option for those of you who were drawn in by PC gamer and I guess we should add one for people who were suddenly woken up by Sente's mail yesterday!
This could be a way of quantifying the number of people who are actually playing on Unforums as well...as it's at 102 at the time of this post, it's fair to say there're parcels to spare!

Came back to Unfiction after about a year when I'd not visited - and checked out what seemed to be the biggest game which hadn't started yet.
So that's either OOG mention or accident I guess... probably OOG mention sums it up best.
[EDIT] - uh - how do I actually vote? Sorry to be dense

Hmm, I don't seem to have any radio buttons. I'm sure I've not voted before - I wouldn't have voted and not posted. Odd.
Oh well - add 1 to the players total...

Of course, if there's a bunch of people out there who haven't found the boards, our estimation on who is getting the parcel from Sente could be totally off
(biting fingernails now....)

I stumbled into it from a blog called Lazy Laces which was talking about the Hiding Room. I was hooked and read everything on the thing for about 2 days solid, this was just before those Guardian ads came out. Thing is I didnt realise that the dates were concurrent, I kind of assumed that it was over because so little was actually happening. Imagine my glee when I realised I hadnt missed out after all. It was about then I did the Cube which Scarlett put on her blog (sweet girl). I havent actually contributed to the puzzle solving-wise so far, because I'm faaarrrr to stupid. But I'm gonna lurk like billy-o!
