[Spec] Ant bubble picture. Hidden code? I searched first, but did anyone else notice that the ant bubble picture is
http://ourcolony.net/images/gamem8ker/Picture_13.jpg
this picture from Gamem8kers gallery (http://ourcolony.net/gamem8ker/index.html)?
You can tell from the dark green shapes behind the ant.

Looking more at these pics in photoshop noticed more.
top left hand corner of the antbubble original has "1010" in the graffitti top left.
Two to the right on the same page http://ourcolony.net/gamem8ker/index.html is another ant over graffitti, and you can see the numbers 0111 in a very similar font; in fact in this shot the 0111 looks really like it was added by photoshop afterwards.
Do these convert to binary or anything?
There's more in the other pics as well!

Well, "0111011010100110111001100000010000101110000111101010011001110110" converts to ASCII as "v¦æ.¦v" -- I don't know if that's nonsense or not.

is this the same thing?

If it's not, maybe the 8 bit ASCII is a way to decode.

Damn! Think you're right it's the same thing "Next Gen".
So did anyone ever get anywhere with identifying all the bubble pictures, where they come from and what we can do with them?

The first reaction is they might add up to numbers, as follows:
7
6
10
6
14
6
0
4
2
14
1
14
10
6
7
6
Convert these to the corresponding letters of the alphabet and you get:
G F J F N F (space) D B N A N J F G F
Maybe some form of cryptography?
I think it fair to warn you, I'm fairly new to this, so these might just be wild shots in the dark.
EDIT: I guess I was in the same ballpark, just doing the wrong kind of binary conversion.

the most common letter in english is e (im italian) so i believe that 6 is e... and so on try to resolute with the -1 ... we found...
feiemezcam miefe...lol
but the e should be 6 or at least 6 must be a vowel..

yes it's the same thing. The pictures on the gamem8ker page are the same ones (for the most part) in the bubble. The binary digits when listed backwards (last digit of the last pic to the first digit of the first pic) and converted to 8bit ascii spell out
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
next gen
so that's that puzzle solved

about the bubble... I posted the following in the long 26 (as of now) page thread:
I'm not sure if this has been mentioned yet but I think that theres a PERSON warped into each of the ORB pictures... or at least the same thing into each of them... look at the top right portion of the orb on the outside for any of the images and it looks like a face (to me anyways)... Just keep hitting refresh to see the different images and the outer ring is identical on all of them and on some like the pyramid and the staircase in the upper right area the colouring just isn't right for it to have been warped un-altered... Anyone else think the same thing or am I just dillusional? (like my whole binary quest....)
^^^Ithink that has to do with this thread... and actually the fact that you found the original picture for that one proves that what I said above is correct... it looks like another photo was warped in there....

We already figured out what most of the pics are. I found the man and woman kissing pic on GettyImages. The spiral is from italy, the vatican or something. I think the only one we don't know about is the train station. It's in another thread with alot of posts, look for it.

I know what you mean, I was looking at a few of the bubble pics in photoshop and the surround on all of them is the same, can't tell if it's warped or if it's just some texture style graphics to enhance the "bubble" effect.

you guys are dumb.. there are 4 digits of binary code on each picture..
after you find all the digits.. get a binary code translator..
reverse the code
and decode it..
= next gen
