 		Now I know how an ant feels...
Furstration!!! Imagine how frustrating it must be to be an ant... if you are a worker, just go ahead and work but don't question anything. No one is listening anyway. If you are a soldier, just protect workers, but don't ask what they're doing! They're not listening anyway. If you are the queen, just sit and lay eggs... these ants can't be directed anyway.

In other words, the colony is only successful if it's members bilndly follow the initial design of the colony. Nothing more. Someone stomps on your anthill? Keep working and rebuild. Long cold winter? Keep working and rebuild. Dog poops on your nest? Keep working and rebuild!

Forget about being an individual... or having leadership... or being talented... it doesn't work!

So the skills that got us through ILB are worthless here. Just work and assimilate more workers.

 		How do you submit a picture...your like just brings up an error message...is that what it's suppose to do...is it to late to submit pictures?

There are several discussions on how do do what you're asking. Use the Search function in the upper right to find them. Although it does appear that it is too late to submit pictures.
