i believe it was a fellow named "poke" on these forums. or maybe "poke" was only part of his name, but i'm pretty sure he made the ARGolonists

I don't think we necessarily need a leader. This is a communist sort of set-up anyway. If decisions need to be made we'll all decide. That's my 2 cents.

As far as leader options go, it's not all that fantastic. If you really wanted to find out, start up your own colony, and go look around. You have to have 5 ants anyway before you'll get challenges.

We get buttons for Changing Leadership, which pops up a little box with a scroll box full of all members names. And there's a Remove Member option, which does the exact same thing. I haven't found a way yet of copying that list, you just have the ability to scroll through it.

Otherwise, I haven't really seen any other significant leader stuff.
