I agree The same watermark/reflection appears to be in all the pictures and I would have to agree, the more I look at it the more it looks like an xbox. But all the pics of the controller and rumors running around make it look like it should be named an ibox than what we are used to from Microsoft.
Good find.

hmph, just tried a load of stuff in photoshop, but it's really all just random attempts. i get the feeling there should be some way to just say "subtract X from Y", but this isn't tv and i'm no expert:(

hm. well I'm a Corel user, so I've been playing with the filters and functions, but I don't think it has an ability to show common pixel and remove the differences... still the best colour appearance I could get was just the original bubble - the one with the green power button. So I played a little more with trying to reverse the bubble effect, and the only thing that I could get that seems like it might be something is in the pic below... I don't think that green 'object' is an xbox - but if you look at the bulb in full, it does look like some things are lining up like objects, and the green blob almost looks like a green person sitting in a canoe
I dunno... it looks like something, but what - dunno

The bottom right of that shot (the green thing) looks an awful lot like a beta xbox.

I tried a utility called focus magic... it hasn't helped much because of the radial blurring...
It helps unblur the images in the background... but not the radial blur... i wonder how hard it would be to write a radial convalution proggie

Does anyone know what the original image is for that one? It's pretty clear, i might be able to actually get useful information out of it.

Maybe it is just me but the rounded reflection type thing tha makes it almost a sphere looks the same to me on all of the pictures. And on some of the lighter ones it looks like the face of a person in the upper right person but is messed up by the center and you only see the top half of the face. I would post a picture as to where I see it but I am on duty and stuck on the ship with no photo editing software. Not sure if it is anything, but just thought I would offer an extra point of view.

Like I've said in a lot ofotherposts on thistopic...Icould swearthat in the upper right portion (in the 1 or 2o'clock position)that it looks like a face and that the portrait of a person continues on around theorb counter-clockwise... so maybe it's a picture ofa person with the Xbox 360... either way I'm telling you... IT'S A PERSON!!

i'm sure i can see up to 3 distorted faces in that swirly image.. but again, i fear i may be seeing what i'm looking for, rather than what's there

In the lower left of the orb, I can make out a hand holding something white. You can clearly see the thumb. Perhaps two faces (I can see two) and a hand holding the Xbox, or an Xbox controller?
Edit: Forget the second face. It is a person holding something. The top of the warp is at the one or two a clock position and wraps counter clockwise.
Edit 2: I agree with d_steele, it is a person wrapped counter-clockwise with something in their hand. The entire left side of the orb is an arm, culminating in a hand holding something white, which wraps all the way to the lower right portion of the orb.
