[SUPPORT STAFF] Atlanta - April 16th

I'm starting this thread so that we can

a: list the people are going to the event in Atlanta (and have been approved by LRR)

b: list the people who are willing to provide support for the ground crew (most likely by relaying information over the phone).

----------

I will be more than willing to help out in a support position - either by calling the ground crew or letting them call me. Once you have been accepted to the event - feel free to PM me so we can work out details.

/me thinks Fargo was about the driving limit for his ARG duties.

Like ehsan said, take lots of pictures. And, if there are any funny stories that you can share while down there, send 'em to me, and I'll find a place to publish them Very Happy

What's the prize?

So, the 5 retrievers in Atlanta are going each get something worth $500.

I'm guessing Treos, since Ian & Nisha each have one.

Any ideas? I wish I lived closer to Atlanta.

Matt

I dont necessarily know that all 5 prizes will be given out at Atlanta. Possibly one in Atlanta, and the rest at other random spots (maybe when they find the next Audi on the list and so on). Personally, I'd rather have a nifty 60 gig photo iPod (retail $449). I'd use that a lot more than a Treo (not that I have any hope of actually scoring anything of value out of this - I live too far away from most places and my puzzle solving skills suck).

Oh well, at least I got a mention from Ian Very Happy

I thought it might be one of those nifty pins. At least that's what immeadiately came to mind when i saw there was a prize. Plus I thought it was $500 total not each.

Okay, I should be hearing from Nisha soon about the plan for Atlanta and where I fit into the equation.

I had to send in a release and the lady I spoke to, said there would be a prize in Atlanta, but that's all she could say about it.

Numero tres

Looks like I am number 3. Cool

Nisha indicated this will be some sort of surveillance / hack.

ALthough Ian calls us untrained, I would wager there is a lot of experience among the team.
