Unless you're a ninjaneer and I don't know it, then yes, the same deal for ninjaneers.

I asked that question a little while ago, and ARGolonists and yay I believe both confirmed that they were still getting points for recruits.

So who knows?

perhaps you need to collect points in other areas before you can get more points for membership. They probably did this to have the winning colony be the one that wasn't the most popular, but rather the one whose members contributed the most and worked together.

I just checked and we (GeezerGamers) are also stuck at 990 member points. We also have zero contribution points despite all the puzzles and such that we have submitted. A little disheartening.
